Call Volunteers • RICCI WEEKENDER 7th Edition

Ricciweekender takes place in Catania, Sicily from September 4th to 7th, but we’re also looking for volunteers available on the days leading up to the event.

We require flexible availability, which will be arranged together based on shifts and roles.

This call is open to everyone: students, workers, enthusiasts. Specific skills are welcome but not required.

There is no monetary compensation, but meal vouchers and access to events will be provided.

Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years old
Must have a driver’s license
Fluent in English
Insurance coverage for the entire volunteering period

Roles

Infopoint & Public Reception
Managing entry flow, providing information to the public, accessibility support.
Venue & Logistics Support
Light set-up, access control, basic technical assistance.
Special Events Support
Assisting staff
